OMG. When I took my first bite, my eyes just widened from the bursting excitement inside my mouth.
The butter rice.. the crispy salmon skin.. the mussels.. 🤤

Have been wanting to try this for so long already!
Basically you can either order from the menu or make DIY bowl (carb, protein, sides, sauce and crunch). All these 3 dishes were from DIY selections.
I loved every single component of the dish and the sauce!! But what I loved the most were probably the onsen egg and charred corns.
So definitely coming back again ♥️

If you wanna take great pics, the best spot during daytime is in the smoking area (sadly to say), because of the natural light. 👌🏻

There’s also 1.5hr limit to dine in.

Here’s what I ordered:
1.) Carnivora Pizza
It had wagyu meatballs! Beef pepperoni! Pork belly! Chicken! Truly all kinds of meat on a pizza. The marinana sauce was too much, resulting the bread became soggy. But still so goodddd.

2.) Spaghettoni Al Burro E Pepe
DIVINE. So creamy, so cheesy, so truffly. Pasta texture was just perfect.

3.) Caprese
Great mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, perfect with the pesto.

4.) Complimentary Bread
Even this was so gooooddd 😭
There was only 1 left because I was too excited to eat!

5.) Tiramisu
Good, but too soggy.

6.) Immune Booster & Fibre Active
Great juice! Loved the flower garnish. But I loved even more was they used the stainless steel straw!! I appreciate restaurants who put thoughts into participating in eco-friendly movement.

Very thoughtful of them to give each customer a pair of black gloves to eat with! No more messy hands!

• Redemption •
This burger had melted mozarella, pickled jalapeno, onion rings for some crunch, with bbq sauce and dope’s fray sauce (whatever it meant). Personally I loved all the components except the bbq sauce, very sweet to my tastebud (in general I am not a super big fan of bbq sauce). It was also a bit spicy.
• The Yolk •
I prefer this to Redemption. This is like an American breakfast in burger form. There were sauteed mushroom, sunny side up, beef bacon, hash brown, red cheddar with sriracha sauce and fray sauce (again, whatever it was).

• Maple Butter Brioche •
The brioche was so light and soft. The egg was so soft and fluffy. Loved the maple syrup.
Super love everything! Wait, actually the bacon was too crispy for me.

Once you are seated, the waiter will hand you 3 menus: Indian, Mediterannian and Thai.

• Murgh Makani •
The one thing I always get from Indian restaurant is butter chicken (curry). This one was very goooddd but the chicken was a bit too dry I think. Don’t be surprised by the small portion, it makes sense because curry is very filling. The butter naan was super good too!!

• Muhalabiah •
Made out of rice flour, this Mediteranian pudding tasted very strange to me. I did not like at all. It was dry and weird.

• Fresh Lychee Juice •
Never had fresh lychee juice before until now. Very sweet (no more added sugar, purely from the fruit). I requested a blended version, it was like slushy.

Dessert ⭐️

Benedict has always been one of my favorite restaurants!

• Mango Sticky Rice Tart •
First time eating a cake with bottom layer of sticky rice. It’s good but still prefer the original mango sticky rice.

• Milo Churros •
Not as good as their classic churros, which is SO GOOD. I guess the excessive milo powder makes it too dry when you eat it. But they do serve it with milo sauce dip.

• Gyu No Sumiyaki Don •
The sauce is a bit too sour for me but the egg and the beef were on point!

• Age Oyako Don •
I super love this dish! Chicken was so tender, egg was super soft, the flavor was perfect.

• Una Tama Jyu •
Unagi is always so goooddd, mostly because of the sauce too. Unacho serves a really good unagi I’d say and again the egg.. 🤤
They should probably start thinking about opening an all-egg restaurant.

Everything was good! My personal favorite is the Udang Gandum.

• Loco Moco Garlic Rice
Love the combination and the sauce.
• Gyu Tan Don
Love the fluffy soft scramble egg. Gyutan was pretty good. Rice was a bit dry and not much garlic flavor.
• Alfred Iced Blue Lemonade Tea
No strong lemonade flavor. No idea what kind of tea but it looked pretty, no strong tea flavor too. Once the ice started melting, it started to taste like plain water.
