I was intrigued by the new restaurant which appeared empty from the outside, but most of the sitting area is not visible from the outside, it is a large place. There is also an outdoor area for smokers. The food was fine: a tasty salad prepared at the table, a steak cooked medium-well “au point”. (I would not expect anything else from a dedicated steakhouse.) Mashed potatoes and gravy were enough and properly seasoned. -- What I did not like was the relatively dim illumination because I’d rather like to see the food on my table and the decidedly “French” music was too penetrating for my taste.
Overall: quite nice.
