Habis jalan2 saya laper & pengen makan, tapi lapernya nanggung & lg ga pengen makan Japanese or Western.. Akhirnya kepikiran bubur Ta Wan & mampir deh ke Ta Wan.
Saya pesan bubur tiga rasa plus telur phi tan (lupa difoto ini buburnya T_T plus menu baru terong lada garam & chinese tea.
Buburnya selalu enak, kental, gurih & mengenyangkan.. Teh-nya jg wangi, ada aroma khas kayak kertas dibakar hahaha..
This is a nice place to hang out with friends, especially around Menteng area. Cozy & artistic place, delicious foods and beverages.
We ordered Grilled Chicken Rice, Madame's Fried Rice and Teh Tarik.
The Grilled Chicken Rice was unforgettable, because I was falling in love with the spicy sweet and sour sauce. The chicken was also juicy and spicy.
The Madame's Fried Rice was also unforgettable. The portion was huge with many toppings such as chicken, shrimp, bean sprout, even salted fish.
The one that also unforgettable was the chili oil, so tasty and spicy. The dried small shrimp was prominent, made the chili oil smells intriguing and tasty.
The Teh Tarik was like an usual teh tarik, served with ice in a mason jar, nothing special.
The waiting time was medium and the price was considered high compared to the food, but with the cozy ambience & interior I think that's still worth.
We came at 08.45 pm and still want to hang out for a little while but unfortunately the restaurant closed at 10.00 pm even at weekend.
