Today is my second time to dine in at nonna bonna. We always had a good food on our plate. But today since our table seating is near the kitchen preparation, we witnessed how they prepared food and we decided today will be our last time to dine in here. In front of the head chef, we saw some chef staff prepare the food and double dip the spoon to taste the cooking. I didn’t mind they wanted to taste the food but double dipping is too gross for me. And I saw many times some staff tried the food with other spoon but I am sure they use the same spoon without washing it and taste their cooking. Plus they don’t use gloves to take all the materials for cooking which I personally didn’t mind thinking that they might somehow use hand sanitizer (finger crossed). But double dipping right in front of head chef to me is unacceptable. This means the head chef himself is doing the same thing.
