Initially, I was very pleased with both the food and the ambiance. However, my experience took a negative turn when a female customer, who appeared to be viewing the venue for a future booking, became exceptionally loud. Their continuous, boisterous conversation was audible throughout the entire restaurant. This became particularly disruptive when they were directly behind my table, making it impossible for me to hear the person I was speaking with on the phone, and completely ruining the quiet, peaceful lunch I had hoped for. I politely asked a waiter if they could request the customers lower their voices. To my dismay, rather than addressing the noise, the female customer proceeded to yell at me from across the room. And none of the waiter stop her nor apologize to me and to the other customers who are having lunch.
