Ever heard of the famous dragon cookies? It was pretty popular circa 2013. What's so unique about this is that when we bite into it, smoke billows out of our mouth - kinda like when you breathe in a super cold weather.
Food and beverages: 4/5 Freeze is actually an ice cream shop - liquid nitrogen induced ice cream; but I've never actually tried their ice cream. I've always fancied the dragon cookies (famous amos cookies or oreo mixed with liquid nitrogen) more. They make it like this; first they put the cookies inside a bowl and then pour liquid nitrogen on it, mix it together and then the cookies will be put on a tissue and the remaining liquid nitrogen will be poured on it. It was served cold as ice and quite hard to bite. The fun part: when you bite, clouds of smoke from the liquid nitrogen come out as if you're a dragon - hence the name.
Pricing: 4.5/5 I don't know about the ice cream but dragon cookies/oreo is reasonably priced: only IDR 5k/each.
Ambience: -/5 Located in food court, has no special seatings. Easy to spot with its neon signage.
