Since it's open in Jembatan Lima area, my family and I have frequently been buying their cups of chicken rice for lunch or dinner. We have tried ordering all of its varieties with different spiciness level (1-5). In respect to its taste or the like, you can rest assured that it won't be as mundane as it turns out to look to some people.
Ayam Keprabon simply used shredded chicken breasts which they then fried and and put them on top of a cup of rice. Additional toppings include chillis, eggs, and melted cheese (it's becoming 'in' for sure). To some extent--if not every day, you're gonna enjoy this nice with some 'ayam suwir'. Mind that chilli level 3 is indeed already quite spicy for some, but if you dare, opt for 4 or 5. Cheese is nice though I find it not really contributing much to its flavour.
Above all, Ayam Keprabon can be a relatively easy idea should you want to place a huge order for events or parties.
