it happen to be located next to a hotel and the parking space can be spacious at the same time can be tricky to move around when its packed cause located directly on the toll side and never quite ones. 
The space is bright and clean with modern touch so its updated. when i visited them, only drinks that available and no pastries or food ready. perhaps now its different. Coffee wise, i can still enjoy the taste and formed well.
