the place is also family friendly, homey and comfortable. the staffs are very welcoming. 

1. Mozarella Patate Fritta (mozarella, potato, salt, nutmeg, oil fried, flour, bread crumb)

melted gooey cheese on the inside and crunchy on the outside. the flavor is delicate, slightly sour and a milk-like freshness. things to improve on: add more seasonings in the mashed potato and more aesthetic in plating presentation.

the black pasta has rich, briny flavour with the faint hint of sea saltiness which makes it absolutely perfect for pairing with salmon. things to improve on: make sure the pasta cooked to perfection next time (al dente please?) 

3. Carnivora (pepperoni, beef sausage, chicken sausage, dough red pizze, base pomodoro, mozarella, oregano)

fresh homemade dough. chewy. generous amount of melted-cheese. pomodoro sauce and the cheese are good combination. this is perfect for meat lovers! things to improve on: add more meats for us, please?
