Sapo Gulai Ikan. Huge fish head with eggplant. Very aromatic, lot of coconut flavor, spicy and smooth. It had a mellow yet deep flavor. As you can see, they used lot of chili. And when you see chili with that bright orange color, you gotta be carefull. What's coming next is not going to be pretty and kinda sneaky from behind, I mean LITERALLY FROM BEHIND. If you know what I mean.
The eggplant was tough, not a big fan of the eggplant. But, the fish head was a completely different story. The cheek meat was very lean and left no back taste at all. Don't you hate it when you eat fish and it leaves irony flavor in your tongue?
That was simply amazing.
