I will spill the dark side of this restaurant. bad time management and could not receive the slightest review by arguing that they were indeed viral and customers had to accept the risk. here I have to underline that the staff said because I was the second waiting list, I only waited 30 MINUTES EVEN THOUGH I JUST RESERVATION at 16.20 PM but after 2 hours I waited when I asked again when I entered, the scarlet staff's answer was very unfriendly and said that I still had to wait another 2-3 hours and was not given any choice while people who after I came and really DID NOT RESERVATION are allowed to enter because they only came for 2 people. that was not fair and unreasonable. such a shame! One of the things that is very annoying is when I ask one of the staff for help to charge my cellphone but the staff opened my cellphone without permission and took a photo WITHOUT permission. it was very disrespectful, maybe the service was bad because this cafe went too viral and became feel like it could be arbitrary to the customer. I will attach a photo taken without my permission by one of the staff
