Review Pelanggan untuk Ta Wan

This is what I can say in general about my visit to Ta Wan in Lippo Puri for the first time. Like other Ta Wan restaurants, they serve nicely cooked Chinese food at relatively affordable prices, which clarifies why Ta Wan is constantly packed. We ordered Menu Set E + additional dishes and most of them were satisfying enough.
Alas, let's talk about the seemingly chaotic management of the staff. Here are some things I have observed:

1. The way each dish is served is really disorganised. The gap between one dish and another to be served on the table can reach up to 20-25 minutes. That's even only after we REMIND the waiters of our orders.

2. We ordered porridge and they put the wrong one on our table and that's also after we tell them. They changed it though.

3. They FAILED to serve one dish (lumpia goreng) until after we finished our meal. (n.b. also after at least 4 times of reminders)

4. Tea refill took 10 minutes, again after reminders.

5. We even had to ask for the menus in the beginning.
We do care more about the food, yet we still wonder why Ta Wan can be so disorganised as such. And it turns out that they put too many in-training waitresses during busy hours. Geez, no wonder!!!
