 Rose mousse, lychee jelly and raspberry curd. Once again, I shall remind you that I ain't dessert kind of guy. It's just not my cup of tea. So you have no reason to believe me on this one, better try it yourself. I just share what I thought about this one.

First, the texture was off. I wouldn't call it a mousse. It's way too dense, not airy at all. I'm quite sure about this one though. However the flavor wasn't weird. It tasted good, not too strong but the rose fragrant was there and kinda sweet. Then the lychee jelly was okey. The lychee flavor was existed, but the jelly texture not so much. The raspberry curd was the saving. It gave sourness that cut all the sweet taste. You should eat all the 3 parts together, otherwise it's not gonna work.
