Review Pelanggan untuk The Coach Restaurant

Here's what happened when I went there:

My visit to The Coach Restaurant in Jakarta was really disappointing. The food wasn't great, and neither was the service. Some people were treated much better than others, and unfortunately, my companion and I felt ignored and left out.

This unfair treatment ruined any chance of enjoying the meal and made me realize there might be some discrimination going on. What's worse, a group of bule in suits arrived after us, but they were served their food before us. We were there first for breakfasting, yet they had the audacity to receive their food faster, even though we had been waiting for 30 minutes! Is that acceptable?

That's why I can't recommend Coach Restaurant. The food wasn't worth the high prices either. The marinara sauce was too sour, and the steak tasted plain, especially for the price.

Even though the waitress tried to be nice, it felt fake and didn't make up for everything else. The restaurant space is so small that the tables are very close together, and the ambiance isn't great either. The music was too loud, and people were shouting and chanting loudly, making it feel more like a traditional market than an upscale restaurant. Plus, the tables are very small, so I couldn't move my cutlery without worrying that something would fall.

To add insult to injury, when we arrived, the manager didn't greet us. Then, during our meal, while everyone else was asked about their food, nobody asked us for feedback. This just reinforced the feeling of being overlooked and marginalized.

Unlike other fancy restaurants I've been to around the world, where the staff made us feel welcome, Coach Restaurant fell short. It was the worst expensive dining experience I've had, and the snobby attitude just made it worse.
