Black Yuzu Cheese Tart!!!

Hands up if you are a fan of cheese tart!!! Now you can find Tokiosei in 2nd Floor, Emporium Pluit Mall (North Jakarta). Tokiosei is one of innovation and new product concept from Sour Sally and they opened their first outlet today, I'm so excited to be a part it, Yay!

Their signature tart is melted cheesy Black Yuzu Cheese Tart, the world's first black cheese tart. Black Yuzu enriched with charcoal for natural detox and crunchiest tart crust ever! They used Yuzu (Japanese Citrus) which they imported directly from Japan.  

Well, now it’s time to talk about their CHEESE TART! They have 5 kind of original flavour cheese tart, Black Yuzu, Amai Aka, Subarashi Taro, Genmaicha and Golden Cheese Tart. 

Black Yuzu 
You will be surprised by how creamy the new cheese tarts are, everything is black even on the inside. They simply crumble in the mouth, leaving you with a mix of sweet and warm cheese. 

Amai Aka  

Subarashi Taro 
Another different variations of the baked cheese tart at Tokiosei, which include Japanese-imported purple Taro enriched with Real Taro chunks. It's by no means the best cheese tart around, but the particular richness of this sweet cream cheese is an interesting twist. 

Genmaicha 
Matcha lover please note that this cheese tart has to be on your list! In this cheese tart, you will find a perfect combination of cheese and matcha without overpowering each other. On the first bite, you will find the rich cheese flavor but slowly after it went in your throat you will have a rich sensation of great matcha.  

Golden Cheese Tart 
They taste amazing at any temperature but they seem extra delicious when eaten fresh from the oven and the cheese goes a bit oozy and the crust is warm and crunchy.  

So, hurry get your favorite Cheese Tart! I will definitely come back for their Amai Aka, because I have not tasted this one yet. Congratulation Tokiosei for your grand opening. Wishing you the best luck and success ahead!
