Many think this cicongfan field cake is non-halal, in fact it is halal because it is made from rice flour. The texture is very similar to the rice noodles but thinner and wider. Besides cicongfan, there are also spring rolls filled with bangkoang, radish cake, uyen (made from tales) and chicken dumplings served with cicongfan.
