I ordered complete noodles, fried noodles, and fried dumplings via Grab which is pricy at 36,000 but tastes fine when complete. Regretfully the ketchup (tomato sauce) was missing in action. So We called the restaurant and they told us they never make mistakes like that and the manager / owner we spoke too told my wife and later me that it is not possible that they did not deliver the sauce. This flipped me out since this person actually told us we were lying! So unbelievable instead of solve this and send you quickly a new batch of sauce "he was typically denying any faults and thus accusing us of lying which made me very angry at this mgr or owner of this restaurant. Why on earth would i take the time calling you mr? Why on earth would i spend time to tell you our bad experience? You are so stupid to think that i take all efforts to get free sauce? Are you real? This wad the fifth time we ordefed at this restaurant since the food is tasty. But a DORK as mgr or owner like that means this was the last time ... Shame on you owner of this restaurant ... you are a misfit to serve in this industry and should be ashamed of yourself. Lesson 1 in this industry: never alliniate a customer B ***** k
