This is my long time favorite pork noodle (12 years).
the first time I ate this pork noodle was when I was lived in Palu in 2010. IT WAS LOVE AT THE FIRST TASTE!!!!! They made the noodles by themselves, it has a good consistency and perfect chewiness. The topping was the best that you could asked for a mie pangsit. Pork cha siu, fried pork with ultra crispy skin (babi tore), shredded chicken, a fried pork dumpling and a steamed dumpling. Accompanied with a bottle of cold liang tea is the best meal you’ll ever had in a hot afternoon. You can also order the dumplings and the toppings separately (I’m really sure one portion isn’t enough )
fast forward to 2014, they opened their new outlet in kelapa gading, North jakarta. The outlet is handled by the son of the owner (Palu outlet), and the taste and quality are EXACTLY the same!!!
the place is quite humble, it is a house that turned into a restaurant. Really love the homey vibes.
I’m really glad they open it in Jakarta!!
