It was my third return to the Holycow franchise. On my first and second trip, the meat is quite good (I ordered Sirloin steak and 400gr steak). So then I am convinced that the Wagyu should be great! Turns out, the Wagyu texture is not quite as good as what I was imagined. The texture is quite similar to the 400 gr steak which my friend ordered. I ordered medium at the time and the level of doneness is quite good for us (it was medium to medium rare). In our opinion, the wagyu could be improved significantly especially the meat quality of the wagyu. If the wagyu is still the same as the one that we’ve tried, I think it would be better to go with the 400gr steak or their australian meat instead of those wagyu meat.
Other than that, the service was good, the 400 gr steak was super worth it.
