I came here yesterday with a friend. We were coming for just a little discussion so we only ordered a pizza (Quartto Formaggi), a coffee, and tea.
Actually I wanted to order a coffee, but suddenly the owner nicely told me that he was sorry because the coffee machine was on cleansing for about 15 mins and asked if I would like to wait for it or order something else.
Unexpectedly the owner is an Italian guy. I assume he is the owner or maybe the chef here.
We waited for a short time and the pizza came up. The pizza was so wide but really thin. I love the taste, the cheese was good. I've been to Italy once and this pizza made me flashback to the pizza I had in Italy.
The owner also taught us how to eat pizza in Italian way using a sauce made by mixing extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The taste was amazing, I was full already but I eat one more pizza to eat it with the sauce.
There were a lot of oil for sauce/dipping also vinegars, and others in their cabinet that you may ask for. I may say it's really European kind of thing.
I wish I could taste other menu. So I am planning to comeback here next week for my dad's birthday. He might like it here, because the Italian food taste is so original. Ahh...there were a lot of beers and other alcoholic beverages on the menu. I need to try them. I heard that beer/wine is the best match for cheese.
Overall the food is amazing and the service is so nice and friendly. The ambience is also good for hanging out with friends.
