I have visited this place on Saturday night, April 2nd 2022. The place is cozy and the athmosphere is very nice. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff. I was ordering americano coffee to a male staff, instead the staff gave me cappuccino coffee and told the staff politely the order itself is wrong. The staff insist that I was ordering cappuccino (it seems the staff didn’t hear my actual order or didn’t concentrate when I told him my actual order) and he didn’t want to change it to my actual order. Of course it ruined my mood and the staff itself do not want to apologize and he still insist that my order was cappuccino. 

When I complained to a female employee (I don’t know her name and perhaps she is the manager of the restaurant), she politely apologized and changed it to my actual order.
I hope the management of this restaurant will educate and brief the staff further so another unpleasant experience like me will not appear again in the future. Hope this restaurant will be much more successful and the female employee who apologized and changed my order to actual order will have a successful career in hospitality industry.
