1. Blackened Wagyu Tongue: 3/10. This dish would be 1.5/10 without the green sauce. The tongue was tender, but kaya dimasak with no seasonings. 395k.
2. Yellowfin Tuna: 4.3/10. Di sih ini ada tuna and kacang” an.Tunannya sendiri enak, tapi yg lainnya no:(. Rasa kacang” and texturesnya so weird, padahal biasa makan kacang jenis itu. Kalo dimakan bersamaan better, but still nono. 160k.
3. Quesabirria: 6.5/10. Best dish that I ordered here, but it’s 190k (not worth it).
4. Creme Brulee: 1/10. Worst creme brulle tbh. Sugar was burnt and rasanya kaya besi, portionnya vvvvvvv small for 90k. Kalo di ukur pake sendok kecil, dalemnya ga even 1/4 lol.
