The service level and quantity of food keeps going down

I was a regular. I like their curry and cheese popcorn chicken. But there were problems:
1) Prices go up, while the quantity of popcorn chicken, curry gravy and cheese go down. Who knows what else.
2) I bought meat balls. Tasted sour. Sent it back. The kitchen then sent it back to me, almost in the same format I sent it back in (2 uneaten balls and 1 split ball). The kitchen told me that's exactly what it's supposed taste like because it consists of minced beef, mozzarella and carrots. I have 2 issues with that:
A) Are any of the 3 ingredients sour? Don't think so.
B) Did they taste my meatballs? When they send it back in almost exactly the same form, are they expecting me to share salivas with them? Goodness... And if they didn't taste it, how on earth do they know what I meant by sour? My wife smelled something funny of those balls. I don't but we sure both tasted the sourness. Anyway, they made me pay the full amount. What gives...
3) They ran out of loyalty cards while advertising the cards on the table. Why oh why...
