Found a new place for brekkie.
Gotta warn you that i am unsure if their chicken noodle used lard or not.
Pretty easy for you to find it and it was kinda intimidating for me. I thought it's going to be a scary with minimum lighting kinda place, but i loved how it turned out to be just the opposite.
It was hygiene and clean and attentive waiters. Gosh. Loved how clean the premise was.
Ordered siobak noodle, honey char siew noodle and a portion of dumpling (contains of 4 dumplings, and i needed to say it might contained pork meat in it).
The siobak won me over! The noodle was chewy, and just the texture that i loved.
The honey charsiew was lacking of seasoned. Not really a fan of it. And at the end of the noodle, i found that they used lard. Plenty of it. That's what make it so tasty!
We had passionfruit juice, and it was typical syrup though. Not that special but it was fine.
I loved their crackle so much, therefore i got their hainanese rice with siobak for my lunch.
After 4 hours, i expected the crackle would be soft and not appetizing anymore, but it was still crunch. Not a fan of the rice texture.
