Burrata with fresh tomato and rocket.
🙌🏻 (my fav) Australian Wagyu Grade 5 Rib-Eye 300gr; so tender, juicy and flavorful.
Picanha Wagyu Grade 5; the meat flavor is mild but it is tender and juicy.
Sicilian Pistachio; it is good, there is Pistachio crunch but it is less creamy. Not my fav.
