Collage--as its name suggests--offers you a collage of high-quality food from all over the world: Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, European or even South American. I had a chance to taste its array of cuisine when I had a luncheon with my colleagues from my workplace. And yes, what you pay is quite worth what you eat.
I'll start with the station serving some Japanese food: sushi dish, seafood dish (like Maguro or sth), etc. They are all indeed freshly prepared and displayed. I am not a big fan of raw fish, but its salmon sushi is of no flaws. Some Chinese dimsums are also available and they are not for sure disappointing.
Then, heading to my favorite station (Indian cuisine) and I love everything about it. The seafood, lamb and chicken curries are simmered perfectly with typically strong Indian gravy, not to mention the chicken tikka and tandoori. Ahh, biryani rice is surely not to miss out on. Don't ask me about the taste--I simply fall for it. However, I still wish they served Naan though.
Equally fascinating are South American food station. I forgot the name, but I love the sauteed chicken with vegetables. It does give you thrill to your tongue. Don't forget as well the Italian station where a variety of pasta with various sauces is ready to be cooked by the chef in charge.
Don't forget as well the dessert and pastry station. They also provide arrays of sweet cakes which are just perfect to end your lunch session.
In addition, service of the waitresses is commendable; in fact, it must be--duh, it's a five-star hotel after all. But I somehow find the station chefs rather indifferent to their patrons and they do not show much cordiality. I don't know, perhaps that's not part of their job.
All in all, your expectation of Collage won't end up in dissatisfaction. Bravo!
