Review Pelanggan untuk Cotti Coffee

Just terrible. Joined a loyalty program, after 9 drinks the 10th is free

Spent 20 minutes+ arguing with till staff, the floor Manager who finally rang area manager to finally redeem free drink. (do they not have some autonomy or discretion for what is probably the cheapest hot drink available in Indonesia?)

Was told the 10th drink can only be from one of six "lesser" options, (despite my 9 previous all being the same, naturally expecting the 10th to match this)

There is no mention of this condition on the terms and conditions. I visit Cotti coffee for a 'treat" not confrontation. 

I won't return, I will spend my money in Point at IndoMart in the future
