Reminds me of childhood memories when my plate filled with brown rice and Bakwan (corn fritter). To me, Dapur Kasturi’s Bakwan is something else, it has special flavor in it that I like, making me want to keep munching on it.

Another special is the Ayam Goreng Ketumbar 🍗 I admit they go all out on the flavor which not all Indonesian restaurants dare to do.

Those along with our favorite Padangnese fluffy omelette, Terong Balado (spicy stir-fried eggplant), Lawar (Balinese veg with coconut), and Sambal Merah 🌶️

Es Kasturi Mojito (lime mojito) to clench my thirst 🤤
