Who can even resist truffle? I mean it's the god of mushrooms and the aroma is just uh-so wonderful! So when Devon has their special truffle menu, I tried some of those ah-mazing dishes:

1. Truffle Benedict: The bun itself is naturally colored using charcoal, hence the black color. It is soft and served warm, along with fresh smoked salmon, spinach, poached egg and Hollandaise. The egg is cooked perfectly, the runny egg yolk complimented the creamy Hollandaise sauce well. This is not juat a yummy dish but a beautifully crafted dish with passion

2. Truffle Soft Serve: The presentation is amazing and instagenic. Loving how they put truffle slices on top of the soft serve, the taste overall works well together and the texture itself is light, perfect level of sweetness from the truffle honey as well. This is a must have!
