Why you will love it ❤ 1. Dum Dum has so many branches, you can find it anywhere! 2. Service is friendly and I think considering it is a one-man show who is the cashier and the tea maker, he is doing a pretty good job.
What could be improved 🙏 1. Their taste varies from one branch to another. I think it really depends on who makes it. This one... Lacks the tea flavour. That is the thing about Dum Dum only few branches have great taste, the rest needs improvement. Maybe it was not my lucky day, or maybe this branch needs to step up. I have only visited this place once, maybe it would change. 2. Only one person handling cashier and making the drinks which is why queueing is a bit long on lunchtime. 3. There is only ovo here, no gopay. Less options for customer.
