The first time you enter here, you will find the Japanese-style decor. For how to cook it can be seen directly from the outside. So tummy can’t wait to order:
🥢 Tsukemen - Pork
This is a type of noodle that has separate broth, so the noodles are cold. You can choose the broth for syoyu, miso or shio. I like their noodle and the seaweed 😚

🍜 Echigoya Ramen
This ramen had two size , small and medium. Seriously, I was surprised the portion was huge. Even small can be enjoyed by both I think 🤔

Unfortunately it took a long time to serve. But it pays off with a good taste ❤️. For the price it's not much different from ramen in other places, it's still affordable too.
