Newly opened Cheesecakes and Bakery Shops at Elang Laut, Pantai Indah Kapuk.They are passionate to bring the fresh taste of Hokkaido's ingredients into a great baked goods. And oh well, they made it! The place is so cozy, cool aircon with modern chic style design made this shops are worth to visit.

It comes with two layers of cheesecakes, the first one is all made of cheese, parmesan, cream cheese and mascarpone. For the second layer, soft texture souffle, parmesan and cream cheese. And coated with soft souffle crumble.

With two flavors, Original and Matcha. Which one do you prefer? Personally, we love the Matcha! Their matcha wasn't too strong so it taste so balance with the flavor of cheese.
