Cheese tart outlets have been mushrooming these days and among these is Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart in Senayan City. First of all, don't get this mixed up with Hokkaido B***. They do offer the same thing (i.e. cheese tart), but for sure they are two different franchises. So, not wanting to miss the hype, I bought three cheese tarts with each costing Rp20.000. Quite pricey it is, so I expect high of its taste.
And yes, cheese lovers will absolutely fall for the molten cheese. The cheese fills the entire tart bowl and as tempting as it looks, once it enters your mouth, it melts perfectly--sweet with a tinge of sourness. Not only that, the golden brown crust is also nicely crunchy. Rest assured that you have no regrets of what you have spent.
