Holycow! STEAKHOUSE by Chef Afit

I came here to redeem my birthday promo and I got Spaghetti Aglio e Olio for free! without any minimum order or payment. I decided to order Medium Well Australian Prime Tenderloin for my "side dish" though LOL. So, here are my thoughts about them:

1. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio.
>> Presentation: 3.5/5.
It looked nice. Could be better if they also put some green or red garnish though.
>> Texture: 4/5.
They put enough oil so that the pasta looked moisturized enough and not dry. The grilled chicken and the sliced beef's texture were also nice!
>> Taste: 4.5/5.
I loved it! They marinated the chicken and the beef so well. The pasta also had a nice taste, combined with the grated cheese and garlic. They were all just blended awesomely!


2. Medium Well Australian Prime Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce.
>> Presentation: 4.5.
I loved the mix of the colors it had!
>> Texture: 3.5/5.
Typically tenderloin, soft, easy to cut and chew. The only thing that went downhill is that, it was kinda dry, didn't quite juicy when I cut it. The other stuff (beans, french fries and mushroom sauce) were ok.
>> Taste: 4.5/5.
Despite of the dryish texture, the taste of the steak and stuff were awesome! The beans were well-marinated and juicy. The mushroom sauce was blended well with the steak, improving its dryish texture. I'd definitely want to comeback to try the other types of steak there with different sauce!

Btw, since it was my birthday, they also gave me a crown to be wear on (just like at the other Holycow! camps back then) and it was fun. If you don't wanna wear it, you can just put it on your table though. I appreciated it anyway that they put this tradition back, along with the birthday promo. So, thank you Holycow! 

Nahh ini sih salah satu steak fave kami tentunya sekeluarga ga mau rugi deh kalo ultah pastiin kalian dtg kesini y utk klaim free of steak hahahh

Tapi memang utk yg berbyar lumayan sih kocek yg harus kalian keluarkan tapi rasanya worth ya

Daging yg disajikan dipastikan sesuai dgn order kalian apakah itu welldone or medium rare

Pelayanan ok, ramah dan cukup gesit serta resto juga cozy membuat kita nyaman utk menyantap hidangan yg tersaji di depan kita
