Pan Fried Pumpkin Pastry
Have you try it yet? I suggest you to try it if you haven't. Nice crunchy texture on the outside and it had unique starchy texture inside. They did give sugar powder to enhance the natural sweetness of the pumpkin. What a good way to end your meal.
