Review Pelanggan untuk Kamu Tea

Ordered this for the very first time.
And not a fan of kamu tea.
First, the team was too playful. The cashier was busy talking to the team about the ‘tipping’.
Second, when i got my latte, i noticed it dripped. Means that the machine did not seal it properly.
Therefore, I asked them to seal it back- because it was not their fault anyway.
However, instead of giving me a proper feedback- as in seal it back, they simply gave me a plastic lid.
The chief asked the waiter if it’s okay to be like that. And the waiter said ‘ it’s okay sir. Relax.’

Wow. I was shocked.

The taste of the coffee wasn’t doing any favour either. It was burnt.
Better go to hi tea for much better service and product.
