Another craved for Fried Rice Noodle aka Kwetiaw. So this time we tried to go somewhere different from our usual spots. Taman Palem was our pick because overthere along the main roads is like heaven for foodies...you can find anything there.
I picked this place cause I saw they still cooking using the old method which is using charcoal and this way usually made the kwetiaw tasted better.
First, wanted to try their speciality which is the chi chiong fan but it was finished so alternately we ordered special kwetiaw and special behoon. The special includes prawns, chasiu and lapcheong. Tried both but I preferred the behoon....the kwetiaw was also good actually but can't beat my fave kwetiaw arang sister. The plus here is they made their own kwetiaw and using more rice than the flour so tasted not as bouncy as the usual one.
