The best mushroom dish I have ever tasted! King oysternya tidak menyengat tetapi tetap terasa earthy dan meaty. Mix mushroomnya juga sangat enak, bumbunya tidak overpowering tapi tetap well seasoned. Tartinenya well toasted, crunchy di luar dan soft di dalam.
I paired the dish with warm and spiced chai. Cocok untuk sarapan atau weekend brunch. Overall great experience!
