Marco by Chef Marco Lim is located at the fifth floor of Pacific Place in SCBD area.
The place was nicely designed with elegant ambience and some Padang traditional ornaments.
Ordered Rusuk Panggang ala Chef Marco consists of Australian beef ribs smeared by Marco's spicy special sauce then grilled with traditional techniques to make the ribs perfectly tender.
This Rusuk Panggang ala Chef Marco was amazing!! It was indeed tender, moist, and juicy!! The Marco's spicy special sauce was spicy, in fact it was a little bit too spicy for me, but nevertheless it was tasty and matched so well with the grilled beef ribs!!
The service was good, friendly and informative.
