Thick chewy moist interior with crispy edges. It was goood, however it was overly-sweet – ga sanggup makan in one go, harus potong kecil2 biar ga enek.

Dari 3 macem matcha yang gue coba, I love ‘Tama’ the most! Rasa matchanya lebih rich and bold, creamy tapi tetep ada bitter aftertastenya. The last time I went here, sempet pesen ‘Wakana’ cold whisk dengan sugar normal tapi kemanisan 🥲 jadi gw personally lebih suka yang sugar levelnya 25%. But again, selera orang beda2 ya wak jadi disesuaikan aja.

Overall it was a great experience. Go give them a try if you like sweet stuff with matcha!
