Dark Chocolate with caramelized cocoa nibs. If you've followed me from the very start then you probably know that I love Gr*m so much. Matter of fact, I put that as my standard for gelato. It's something hard to follow. However, this one shocked me out. I didn't expect this one to be that good. Great gelato texture and easily melted. Then the chocolate taste was strong. Slightly bitter but not sweet at all. Then it had that crunchy cocoa nibs inside. Once bitten, it released that bomb roasted cocoa fragrant and I love it so much.

By far, this place only has 1 serving size. But you can choose to have 1 or 2 flavors. I'd like to recommend the Bittersweet and Matcha. Tasted most of their flavors and those 2 stood out from the rest (for my preference). Then normally they'll give it a topping that match your gelato choices. But they also told me that you can actually choose your own topping.

If you want to try something new, then the topping is a great idea. Like I've never seen something like this else where. However, if you're like me who like old school kind of gelato, ask them for no topping. Just pure gelato goodness.
