Ayam Goreng Saus Telur Asin. Have you tried owmyplate new oriental menu? Believe me, it's good. Heard some critic about this restaurant, personally I don't get it. It's cheap, super afforable and tasty. I think people need to know about this place, it's like a hidden gem in Pluit.
I tried their Ayam Goreng Saus Telur Asin, Ayam Kuluyuk, Sapi Bumbu Mala Lada Batak, Ayam Saus Mentega and their signature Volcano Rice. I like them all. Especially the Ayam Saus Mentega. It's more like comfort food served in hot plate.
Since I post the Ayam Goreng Saus Telur Asin, let me tell you my thought bout this dish. The chicken was super tender, the salted egg sauce was strong but not overwhelming the herbs and spices. Good job. The rice was a bit hard but it's not their fault. I took the picture so damn long so the rice lost it's goodness. 😂😂😂. So make sure you eat it while it's hot.
Oh, I almost forget to tell you this. This place serves all their menu in hot plate. Hot dish guarenteed.
