Pablo Cheese Tart. One of the most curent trend of cheese tart from Japan. You need to queue for quite a while (maybe one or two hours) to get a chance of tasting this delicious tart. The outer crust of the big tart is just not that crisp compare to the smaller tart. I prefer the smaller one. Sedikit susah untuk memotong kue yang ukuran besarnya karena pinggirannya lebi tipis dibanding yang kecil. Tp overall same taste untuk cheese filling in both tarts. The cheese filling has a creamy gooey texture and taste cheesy, salty and savory with a slight scent of lemon i guessed. Yum! 😍
