Crispy Pork Knuckle (120k)
It is 300 grams of bershire pork knuckles with caramelized onions, and creamed mash potatoes. I really love the pork knuckles, it is very crispy and the pork is really tender. But, for me, the caramelized onions are too sweet. ⠀
