Raviolo Girasole is da bomb! Jadi in basically raviolo stuffed with beef, jamur dan telur served with brown butter sauce dan fried zucchini.

Every component match perfectly! Zucchini nya membrikan tekstur yg crunchy. Tekstur dr si raviolo nya juga pas. Ga terlalu tebel dan isiannya padat.
