Tokyo bowl consists of rice with salmon with spicy mayo, edamame, corn, seaweed salad, tempura flakes and nori.
California bowl consists of salmon shoyu, inari (sweet tofu skin) edamame, avocado and tempura flakes.
Liked their california bowl as their seasoning for the poke bowl blend well with the rice, their Tokyo bowl was decent too. However the rice was too soft and too moist for a poke. The salmon was fresh.
In this soft opening, they have a promo of buying 2 bowls and get a free Blue Hawaiian drink. Refreshing coconut water, their blue syrup and hint of pineapple.
Located on the third floor.
