Custom Bowl. They do have their menu but you can also custom your poke bowl. I chose sushi rice as the base, aburi salmon as the fish, cherry tomato, crispy garlic and crunchy potato as toppings and wakame as the premium topping. Oh, I also took red tobiko as extra. What? You can't see the wakame? Yeah, me neither. Matter of fact, they forgot to put the wakame. Since I took it away, I couldn't do nothing bout that.
Beside of that mistake, it tasted good. The sushi rice was nice and fragrant. The half aburi salmon was superb. That's like a gentle massage on my tongue. As everyone knows, fried garlic makes everything better. And it applies to this one too. The fried potato and cherry tomato gave more interesting texture, crunchy and juicy. The red tobiko was tasteless. Sorry to say but that's the truth. Overall, it's a solid poke bowl.
