I think The idea of santhai is to make u chil n forget ur work for a while, thats why the interior is full of leaves n plant as if u’re in tropical island. It goes the same for the food n drink, got lots of flamingo n swan for decoration
I tried 3 kinds of food to enjoy, i’ll give the order from the highest rate :
1. Coconut fried rice = Not only the platter for coconut fried rice is pretty unique n fancy with gracefully gold swan, it also has an excellent mixed of the viscous coconut milk with the fried rice.
2. Crispy salted egg yolk chicken = definition of da bomb 💣 im quite selective for salted egg but for this one The richness of melted salted egg sauce soak beautifully in the crunchy chicken
3. Legend curry calamari = the calamari is well cooked, it was pretty soft. The aroma of the curry also smell soo good, it could be better if the taste will be more salty n spicy
