Dosirak are packed lunchbox in korean.
In the old days, children were sent off to school with hot meal of rice, protein and kimchi packed into metal tin box. The boxes were kept on stovetop heaters so they would stay warm until lunch time, especially in winter time.

Beef sausages, Egg, Seaweed, Anchovies, Spinach, Kimchi and at the bottom layer rice.
♡Instruction before eat close the lid of lunchbox/dosirak, grab it and then shake it until all of the inside became a mess/mix
