Sometimes I do prefer soft-shell crab than real crab. No need to crack the shell and pull the meat out of it. This is what I really want when I'm hungry. Shell-less crab meat and be able to shovel them all into my mouth non-stop.
The meat itself was good, even though it didn't has strong crab flavor but it had nice texture. All thanks to the edible crispy shell. They used garlic, cereal, lime leaves and red chili to enhance the flavor out. I gotta say, when I ate the crab, cereal, lime leaves and chili at the same bite, it packed a big punch.
